But here’s what you need:
- 1/4 cup Hazelnut Flour or Almond Flour
- 1 Scoop Favorite Chocolate Protein Powder (whey or vegan)
- 2-3 Tbsp Liquid Allulose or 1/4 Cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 3 Tbsp Organic Heavy Whipping Cream (*let it be room temp)
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Butter (preferred) or Peanut Butter

CONTINUE TO MIX THOSE INGREDIENTS IN AND THEN ADD:
- 1/4 Tsp Baking POWDER (not soda!!!)
- 1-2 TBSP MCT Oil POWDER (optional)
MIX THOROUGHLY
Then Pop it in the Microwave for 75-90 seconds, possibly stopping a couple of times if it starts to overflow.
And that is it, vualah!!
Give it a try, the whole thing has about 25g protein, about 20-25g fat, less than 5g Net carbs depending on what butters and proteins you use, and tastes unreal!
