He was one of the actors on Netflix’s 13 Reasons Why and you may recognize him from the movie Shazam.
Anyway, I have been coaching him for a while and we just started working on his next movie prep where he is playing an MMA fighter (in other words, he needed to be ripped).
So we sat down and filmed a video together going over the meal plan that I put him on as well as his full weekly DEXA scan results.

He was doing keto + intermittent fasting along with specific carbohydrate re-feeds. Right up the alley of the stuff I talk about on my channel.
We talk about his eating schedule, his workouts, his specific diet and we get pretty granular (the interview is 30 mins + and we cover EVERYTHING).
