I really take a lot of pride in our 26-pages of pure citations in this book. That means 26-pages of references to back up what is in this book.
I was not about to publish a book that I did not feel 100% confident was telling the TRUTH in an evidence based manner.
There may be more attractively written books out there that have more sizzle.
There may be books that have more fun stories.
But no fasting book matches the level of science and legitimate evidence that this book does, and THAT is what I am proud of.
